Q: WIFI name and password?
A: You can find WIFI password inside your room as well as sent by email/message prior to arrival.
Q: Key from the house/room?
A: We do not meet our guest as the place is self operated. 1-2 days prior to your arrival we send you to your email/message all info regarding the place (address, parking, etc.) and 7 digit PIN code which enters the house and room!
Q: What if i have any problem, like with he pin pad or something else urgent?
A: use QR for instant whatsapp chat or call 236 161 818 (/111)
Q: Check in and check out?
A: As there may be other guests before and after you, we are strict on checkout 11 and check in 3 pm as our cleaning lady needs some time to clean the room. Subjected to request.
Q: What is the equipment of the room?
A: The rooms are pretty similar to basic hotel rooms- bed, bathroom, tv, kettle, Wi-Fi, no kitchen. Simple and convenient! Extra is Nespresso coffee in the basement and free bicycles on request.
Q: Too hot or too cold in the room?
A: If hot close the radiator heads by turning and open window (please lock it by hook) if cold do the other way around:) Some rooms are equipped with new AC.
Q: Wi-Fi does not work or too slow?
A: We have distance access to routers and try to monitor or restart time to time. We could also tell you how to restart the router the hard way, subjected to request!
Q: Garbage?
A: All cleaning and garbage leave on us upon cleaning. If there is excess during you stay, feel free writing us where to find bins.
Q: What if I need anything extra (sheet, towel, shampoo, dryer etc.)?
A: We are not a hotel with 24/7 reception, our cleaning service comes on daily bases between 11-3pm and with advance notice we can provide an extra request however we need time to prepare it and communicate it with an external cleaning partner. E.g. if you arrive Saturday night and ask for an extra blanket it's obviously not possible. Some requests can be done beyond mentioned time but for an extra charge of 20 EUR and depending on availability of such service.
